Won a prize? Here’s how you’ll receive your rewards:

• Where do you view your rewards?

  • For Tokens: Once you earn tokens, they will be immediately credited to your app account. You can find them under the 「Me」 section in the app.

  • For Physical Gifts: If you win a physical prize (like an iPhone or Tesla), you’ll need to join our prize delivery group. Simply click 「Contact Us」 in the app to join the 「TimonGiftGroup」 for updates and delivery instructions.

• Withdrawal:

  • To withdraw your tokens, check your eligibility in the 「Me」 section of the app.

  • If eligible, you can transfer your tokens to your linked crypto wallet, such as Tomo Wallet or OKX Wallet, following the platform’s standard withdrawal process.
